On-site and In-house Inspections
Customers depend upon our high standards, therefore our LEEA Qualified Engineers undertake all on-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure yours complies with current PUWER and LOLER regulations.
Both on-site and in-house inspections address the specific risks associated with the use of lifting equipment. With our full range of testing facilities, our Inspection Team, assess and identify any weakness or vulnerability that could impact on safe use, subjecting all equipment to rigorous analysis.
If lifting equipment, including accessories are exposed to any of the conditions below, deterioration can occur, therefore detailed, planned and regular 6 to 12 monthly inspections should be undertaken.

We offer a Colour Code Management System where we draw up an examination schedule of all your equipment, using one of a series of colours at six monthly intervals, giving a clear visual yearly rotation guide.
The system includes:
A database of your equipmen
Reports of thorough examination to comply with the requirements of LOLER
Tagging of every item within each six-month period with a specific colour
Status Boards – which can be personalised with your company logo – to inform your staff of the current colour they should be using
A reminder system to let you know that the next examination is due
Where examination reveals the need for remedial works, we offer a fully detailed quotation for your consideration enabling you to retain control of costs.
